SIZING & FIT

What size should I order?
Most of our tops run oversized and slightly boxy. Take your usual size for the intended look, size down for a more classic fit, or size up for a baggier one. Waffle zip-ups and French terry pieces run true to size. Full guidance is on our Size Guide.

How do I find my measurements?
The most reliable method is to measure a garment you already own and love: lay it flat, measure the chest from armpit to armpit and the length from shoulder to hem, then compare. Need an exact measurement for a specific piece? Contact us and we will pull it for you.

Do hats and beanies come in one size?
Yes. Our caps are adjustable and our beanies use a soft-stretch knit, so one size fits most.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

When will my order ship?
Processing times and delivery windows are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do I get tracking?
Always. Every order ships with tracking, and the number is emailed to you at dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. See our Shipping & Returns page for how exchanges work. Because many pieces are produced in limited runs, we recommend acting quickly so your size does not sell out.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We are sorry, and we will make it right. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, plus Shop Pay and express wallet options at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. We move quickly, so once an order has shipped we are unable to change or cancel it.

Do you restock?
Core pieces are restocked when we can. Drops and special editions are produced in limited runs and are not restocked once gone, so if you want it, do not wait.

PRODUCTS & CARE

How do I care for my pieces?
Cold gentle wash, inside out. Hang or lay flat to dry. Never iron directly on a print. Treated gently, your pieces will hold their graphics and shape for years.

Why does my acid-wash piece look one of a kind?
Because it is. Every acid-wash piece is hand-dyed, so no two are exactly alike. The variation is the point.

What is Softest Cotton Ever?
It is our house cotton and fleece, chosen for a heavyweight, broken-in feel that most tees and hoodies are built on.

Where are your pieces made?
Designed in Canada, with fabrics and finishes chosen for real, everyday wear.
