Shipping and Returns

We want getting your order to be as clean as the pieces themselves. Here is exactly what to expect.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation right away, and a separate email with tracking the moment your order ships.

SHIPPING & RATES

• Canada: free on orders over $150, otherwise a flat $12 — delivered in 2 to 6 business days
• United States: free on orders over $200, otherwise a flat $20 — delivered in 4 to 8 business days
• International: calculated at checkout — delivered in 7 to 20 business days

Exact rates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

RETURNS

We want you in the right piece. If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Final-sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Because many pieces are produced in limited runs, the fastest way to secure your size is to place a new order and return the original for a refund. If you would prefer a direct exchange, reach out and we will help where stock allows.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will cover it and make it right, no runaround.
